Main responsibilities / work experience:
On October 1st Andrea took over responsible for designing the contact centers infrastructure and process design for all operational units (>10.000 agents), as well as IAM within Allianz Germany. In addition, she actively participates within the Agile@Scale transformation program as head of the Value Steering workstream
Andrea spent 17 years on the East Coast of the United States where she worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance for 14 years in various IT Leadership positions.
After moving back to Germany in 2011, Andrea worked as CIO and Manager Application Services for a Midsize Company in the Black Forrest.
Andrea joined Allianz Germany in 2014. Before taking over Contact Centre responsibility, Andrea managed AzD’s Legacy Operations, implemented the AzD Cloud, established the CloudOps Team and was responsible for the overall Change/Problem and Incident Management within AZ Germany including their recent agile transformation.
Andrea holds an MBA from the University of NH; she is passionate about strategic business transformation, agile transformation, as well as transformational leadership > empowering people and organizations
