Lucy is the Healthcare Solutions Director at BT. She’s responsible for helping to drive innovation and IT transformation across the healthcare sector. She works closely with customers like the NHS to co-create and develop solutions that help deliver their digital transformation. She’s recently worked on projects to use the power of 5G to facilitate remote diagnosis and connect health care professionals in the field to specialist clinicians back in the hospital.
Lucy was recently awarded an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honours list for her services to the NHS during the COVID pandemic.
