His current focus is end user experience, especially within the Hybrid Workplace. Modern device management is a further initiative, specifically how automation technologies including artificial intelligence, proactive resolution, and merged reality can drive increased end user productivity and security. Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in the IT industry - 20 years plus of Enterprise Systems Management and automation, with the most recent 11 years focusing on end user enablement with Unisys.
